Despite an abundance of water in Latin America, the continent is facing multiple problems obtaining life's most precious commodity ... with far-reaching consequences for health. The Inter-American Development Bank says droughts, crop losses, starvation and water-rationing have affected countries across the region. One of the worst cases is Peru's capital, Lima. The city sits on a desert, and up to a million of its residents lack access to quality drinking water. Al Jazeera's Craig Mauro reports.
